Position: Korea Policy Analyst
Type: ContractCompensation: $45–$60/hourLocation: KoreaCommitment: 20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex public policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
- Write fluently in both Korean and English with accurate terminology.
- Provide cultural and policy insights unique to Korea.
- Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have: Native-level fluency in Korean and strong English skills, relevant degree in policy or related field, 2–6+ years experience in politics or public policy, excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; experience in policy writing or instructional design.
Preferred: Experience with grading, instructional design, rubric development, and familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
