Position Overview
Korea Policy Analyst (Public Policy and Language Specialist) is a contract role requiring 20+ hours per week. The position offers competitive hourly compensation and is pivotal in translating and adapting complex public policy frameworks for use in AI training.
Role Responsibilities
- Translate, adapt, and synthesize public policy frameworks into structured rubrics.
- Write fluently in both Korean and English with high accuracy.
- Provide cultural and policy insights relevant to the Korean public.
- Collaborate with peers and reviewers to refine content.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have: Native-level Korean fluency, strong English proficiency, degree in a relevant field, 2–6+ years experience in policy or related areas, excellent writing, analytical and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in grading, instructional design, rubric development, and familiarity with generative AI models.
