Position: IT Project Manager
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $70–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Monitor retail technology performance dashboards.
- Consolidate in-market system statuses into concise operational updates for stakeholders.
- Organize and triage incoming technical issues from store teams.
- Build troubleshooting documentation for high field-friendliness and ease of fixture maintenance.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with retail technical support partners.
- Scale support and maintenance processes as needed.
- Execute and coordinate retail demo content and software updates across AI glasses and VR.
- Ensure smooth deployment and high uptime.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for technical vendors.
- Manage relationships and ensure SLAs are met for maintenance and support.
- Collaborate with analytics and core demo teams.
- Define operational KPIs, review demo/display engagement and uptime metrics, and drive optimization efforts.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/product management.
- Deep understanding of Hardware and Software development processes.
- Hands-on experience with bug and project tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana.
- Ability to build and maintain project trackers for complex programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
Preferred
- Understanding of how retail devices and interactive display technologies are developed.
