Role Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to solution architecture, technology recommendations, and technical documentation.
- Create realistic scenarios based on IT consulting workflows such as discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and vendor evaluation.
- Annotate, label, and validate data across IT services use cases like cloud migration assessments and security posture reviews.
- Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, and security standards.
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for technology-domain AI.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of professional experience at an IT services firm, systems integrator, or technology consultancy.
- Background in IT strategy, cloud architecture, cybersecurity consulting, or data engineering.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate technical consulting workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
- Clear written communication and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Relevant certifications such as AWS SA, Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, PMP, TOGAF.
