Position: HR and Staffing Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $45–$65/hour

Duration: Project-based

Role Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, employee policy interpretation, and HR compliance guidance.
  • Create realistic scenarios based on HR workflows such as requisition-to-hire processes, performance management cycles, and benefits enrollment.
  • Annotate, label, and validate data across HR use cases like offer letter generation, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
  • Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, WARN Act), HRIS systems, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI.

Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 3+ years of professional experience in an HR or staffing function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
  • Background in one or more areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning & development, or HR operations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
  • Clear written communication and attention to detail.
Preferred
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience with HRIS administration (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
