Role Responsibilities
- Build long-horizon people-ops tasks with deterministic rubrics to grade agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
- Develop scenarios for employee inquiries with documented correct answers and benefits questions aligned with plan documents.
- Construct lifecycle events scenarios, including onboarding/offboarding checklists and leave decisions with FMLA/ADA determinations.
- Design HRIS work scenarios with data updates and benefits enrollment based on rule-based eligibility outcomes.
- Ensure scenarios are challenging and require long sessions of focus.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years in HR operations or people operations.
- Expertise in HRIS (e.g., Workday, Rippling, BambooHR, Gusto, Justworks), leave administration (FMLA, ADA), benefits administration, or FLSA classification.
- Comfortable with HR artifacts: policy responses, offer letters, change forms, leave decisions.
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode into deterministic rubrics.
Preferred
- SHRM-CP / PHR certification.
