Position Overview: Hematologist Oncologist
This is a contract position based in San Francisco, offering compensation between $110 and $130 per hour. As a Hematologist Oncologist, you will play a crucial role in validating and auditing clinical data for AI research.
Role Responsibilities
- Review and label oncology consult notes, pathology reports, molecular testing results, and treatment plans.
- Validate staging, risk stratification, chemotherapy/immunotherapy regimens, and supportive care decisions.
- Audit datasets for clinical accuracy and alignment with NCCN/ASH guidelines.
- Review AI-generated summaries and treatment recommendations for safety and appropriateness.
- Help define annotation standards for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
- Advise on edge cases such as cytopenias, treatment complications, and relapse/refractory disease.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- MD or DO, board-certified/eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology.
- Active U.S. medical license.
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and molecular diagnostics.
Preferred
- Interest in medical AI or informatics.
