Position: Accounting & Audit Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $500–$1000 per completed task
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 weeks
Commitment: 15 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.
- Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks like journal entry preparation and variance analysis.
- Simulate and audit workflows related to financial close, consolidations, and tax filings.
- Provide domain-specific feedback on AI-generated financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to refine systems based on accounting best practices.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years of professional accounting experience at top-tier firms or specialized contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA.
- Strong technical accounting proficiency with knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other frameworks.
- Expertise in core accounting processes like financial reporting and tax compliance.
Preferred
- Experience in forensic, government, nonprofit, or cross-border accounting.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
