As a Finance Operations Professional, you will play a crucial temporary role for 1 to 1.5 years, focusing on the end-to-end Reality Labs AR/VR process for Revenue Operations.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Reality Labs AR/VR process for Revenue Operations, encompassing credit, collections, and claims management, with minimal guidance.
• Conduct AR and Claims month-end reconciliation, along with measuring and reporting on key Reality Labs AR/VR metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering to unblock tasks and streamline customer claim processing.
• Actively contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within claims processing and deduction management.
• Monitor Dashboards, SLA metrics, and Quality Assurance results to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Understand and rigorously abide by all relevant policies and procedures to uphold compliance and operational integrity.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Operations, specifically including accounts receivable, collections, and dispute management claims processing/deduction.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively with both internal and external clients.
• A solid understanding of accounting and operational processes.

Preferred

• Experience within a multi-national retail and/or hardware company.
• A track record of driving innovative changes and efficiencies in operational processes.
• Experience working within a continuously evolving system platform environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis.

Compensation & Legal

This is a temporary position offering compensation between $45–$60 per hour. Qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records, pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and related ordinances.
