Position: Finance Data Analyst

This role is a full-time position with a competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 per year. You can work on-site in Palo Alto, CA or remotely, committing 40 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary software to label and annotate financial data.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality datasets for AI training in finance.
• Enhance annotation tools designed for sell-side finance data.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex sell-side finance issues.
• Interpret evolving instructions with professional judgment.
• Contribute insights to improve data quality standards and model reliability.

Qualifications

Must-Have: Experience in sell-side finance roles, strong English communication, analytical and organizational skills, independent judgment, and enthusiasm for applying AI in finance.

Preferred: Advanced finance certifications (Series 7, Series 63, CFA, FRM), mentoring experience, familiarity with AI workflows, and comfort recording short audio/video materials.

Compensation & Legal

Competitive pay based on experience and location. U.S.-based compensation ranges from $90,000 to $200,000 annually with international packages available. Eligible employees may have access to medical benefits.
