Position: Expert Visual Designer
Mercor is seeking an Expert Visual Designer for a contract position. This role offers competitive compensation and requires a commitment of at least 15 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, visually polished Excel templates for business users.
- Create professional-grade templates for budgeting, calendars, tracking systems, and productivity use cases.
- Develop planners, dashboards, trackers, budgets, invoices, and project management sheets.
- Focus on strong visual and aesthetic spreadsheet design, not UX or product design.
- Work independently to deliver polished and sellable templates.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3–5+ years of full-time professional experience.
- College degree or higher.
- Strong visual/aesthetic design skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel in professional environments.
- Commitment of a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer.
Preferred
- Core design background over product/UX-focused profiles.
