Position Details
- Position: Emergency Medicine Physician
- Type: Contract
- Compensation: $130–$180/hour
- Location: San Francisco
Role Responsibilities
- Review and label ED notes, triage data, imaging summaries, and case records.
- Validate differential diagnoses, stabilization plans, and disposition decisions.
- Audit datasets for clinical accuracy and guideline alignment (ACEP, ACLS, ATLS).
- Review AI-generated summaries and treatment recommendations for safety and soundness.
- Help define annotation standards for high-acuity and time-sensitive conditions.
- Advise on edge cases such as trauma, sepsis, stroke, and cardiac arrest.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- MD or DO, board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Active U.S. medical license
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in high-acuity ED settings
Preferred
- Interest in medical AI or informatics
- In person in SF preferred
