Position Details
- Position: Data Science Analyst
- Type: Contract
- Compensation: $90–$110/hour
- Location: Onsite at MPK
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous analysis of complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights in the ecosystem.
- Design and maintain critical metrics to measure ecosystem health, growth, and engagement.
- Develop and execute structured experiments to evaluate new features and strategies.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver insights.
- Construct dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide timely analytical responses to urgent business inquiries.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and one programming language (Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Unidash, Metrics360).
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex findings.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
- Experience with large-scale data infrastructure in tech ecosystems.
- Familiarity with tools like Presto, Scuba, Hive.
- Knowledge of experiment design and causal inference methodologies.
