Position Overview

The Data Collection Specialist is a contract role responsible for recording screen sessions, annotating screenshots, and following detailed staging instructions. The candidate must have access to a physical Mac and be fluent in English.

Role Responsibilities

• Record screen sessions with clear verbal narration.
• Annotate screenshots by drawing precise bounding boxes.
• Follow staging instructions to prepare specific UI states.
• Utilize a custom capture tool for recording workflows accurately.
• Adhere to task guidelines to ensure high data quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have: Familiarity with professional software (MATLAB, Origin, Stata, EViews), strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, access to a physical Mac, and fluency in English.

Preferred: Experience in data collection, annotation, QA work, recording workflows, and using new tools and staged environments.
