Position Overview

The Customer Support Associate role is an independent contractor position focused on addressing common customer service requests and supporting AI research through deliverable creation, peer review, and problem resolution. The role requires working independently and asynchronously with a commitment of 30–40 hours per week for a duration of 3–4 weeks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create deliverables responding to common requests in your professional domain.
  • Review peer-developed deliverables to support AI research improvements.
  • Diagnose and resolve domain-specific issues to enhance machine learning systems.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with AI labs to advance research and infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years professional experience in your field.
  • Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.

Compensation & Contract Details

This independent contractor role offers hourly compensation of $60–$80, paid weekly via Stripe Connect. Contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
