This contract position, the Cultural Content Specialist (Bilingual Hindi–English Subject-Matter Expert), offers compensation from $20–$80 per hour and is fully remote.
Role Responsibilities
- Review Hindi and English content for accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.
- Identify and correct cultural, contextual, or subject-matter inaccuracies.
- Create and refine prompts, example responses, and evaluation rubrics within your domain.
- Provide structured written feedback with clear rationale and concrete examples.
- Develop domain-specific scenarios and edge cases grounded in Hindi-speaking cultural contexts.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and reading required).
- Familiarity with Hindi-speaking cultural norms, context, and communication styles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver structured evaluations.
Preferred
- Strong hobby, academic, or professional experience in at least one of the following: Architecture, Art, Business and Finance, Fashion and Beauty, Food and Drink, Geography and Travel, Health and Medicine, History, Law, Literature, Mathematics, Music, Politics, Religion and Philosophy, Science and Nature, Sports, Technology, Transportation, TV and Movies, Video Games.
