Position: Content Quality Analyst (Contract)
This is a contract position with a compensation of $30–$35/hour and is fully remote.
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses to enhance therapeutic-style conversations.
- Review AI replies for empathy, emotional insight, and overall communication quality.
- Produce clear, well-structured rewrites that consistently meet project standards.
- Collaborate effectively with research teams to strengthen AI behavior in mental-health settings.
- Work independently and asynchronously to efficiently meet accelerated project timelines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in evaluating and refining AI model responses.
- Demonstrated ability to assess communication quality and appropriateness for supportive dialogue.
Start Date
Immediate start following a mandatory onboarding session.
