Position: Content Moderator
Type: ContractCompensation: $30–$35/hourLocation: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses to enhance therapeutic-style conversations.
- Review AI replies for empathy, emotional insight, and communication quality.
- Produce clear, improved rewrites that meet project standards.
- Collaborate with research teams to strengthen AI behavior in mental-health settings.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet accelerated project timelines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- Experience in evaluating and refining AI model responses.
- Ability to assess communication quality and appropriateness for supportive dialogue.
Start Date
Immediate following a mandatory onboarding session.
