This Clinical Fellow – Laboratory Data Specialist role is a contract position with a compensation of $130/hour, offering 20–40 hours/week commitment for a minimum of three months. This is a remote opportunity.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research teams at a leading AI lab to evaluate and refine AI systems using your medical expertise.
- Develop diagnostic cases and create scoring rubrics to assess responses to these cases.
- Apply strong experience with medical lab panels to focus on lab-based reasoning tasks.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while advancing AI applications in medicine.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance and enhance medical reasoning capabilities.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Currently in a U.S. based Fellowship program (excluding Radiology).
- Hold a U.S. based MD or DO.
- Strong experience working with medical lab panels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare.
