This is a contract position for a Cargo and Freight Agent.
Compensation is $60–$70/hour, with an estimated duration through mid-2026 and a commitment of 15+ hours/week. This is a remote role.
Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to the Cargo and Freight domain using professional experience.
- Evaluate the relevance and accuracy of questions to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to refine question sets and improve project outcomes.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Cargo and Freight Agent.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
