This is a contract position for a Bilingual Russian-English Subject-Matter Expert with compensation ranging from $30–$90/hour. This role is fully remote.
Role Responsibilities
- Review Russian and English content for accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.
- Identify and correct cultural, contextual, or subject-matter inaccuracies.
- Create and refine prompts, example responses, and evaluation rubrics within your domain.
- Provide structured written feedback with clear rationale and concrete examples.
- Develop domain-specific scenarios and edge cases grounded in Russia-specific cultural context.
- Work independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality evaluations.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proficiency in Russian and English (written and reading required).
- Familiarity with Russian cultural norms, context, and communication styles.
- Strong hobby, academic, or professional experience in at least one domain (e.g., Architecture, Art, Business and Finance, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver structured evaluations.
