Role Overview

Position: Medical Content Developer – Contract, Remote Commitment: 20 hours per week, Duration: 2 months Combine clinical expertise with language mastery to train AI models in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex medical concepts into structured rubrics for AI training.
  • Write fluently in both Portuguese and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
  • Provide cultural and medical insights specific to Brazilian healthcare for linguistic accuracy.
  • Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
  • Leverage bilingual communication skills to create accurate and technically precise content.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese with strong written and spoken English.
  • Advanced degree (MD, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field).
  • 2–6+ years of medical practice, research, or healthcare-related professional experience.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in medical writing, instructional design, or academic publishing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.

Engagement Details

Remote and asynchronous role. 20 hours per week, 2-month commitment. Structured project environment with clear goals and tools.
