Position: Air Traffic Controller

  • Type: Contract
  • Compensation: $80–$120/hour
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: Through mid 2026
  • Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to air traffic control for AI research projects.
  • Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in air traffic control to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 4+ years full-time work experience as an Air Traffic Controller.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not accepted).

Compensation & Legal

  • Hourly contractor
  • Compensation based on professional background and geographic location.
