The position is a Safety Specialist role on a contract basis with competitive hourly compensation.
Role Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures.
- Classify vulnerabilities and flag systemic risks.
- Apply taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks for testing.
- Document reproducibly to produce reports, datasets, and attack cases.
- Support projects ranging from LLM jailbreaks to abuse testing.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Curiosity and adversarial instincts to test system limits.
- Structured approach using frameworks or benchmarks.
- Strong communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability across projects and customer needs.
