Position Details
Role: Machine Learning Engineer Type: Project-based Compensation: $100–$120/hour Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop detailed evaluation suites for ML tasks.
- Assess AI-generated solutions in model training, debugging, and optimization.
- Translate practical ML research into structured benchmarks.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to reflect real-world engineering tasks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied ML research.
- Hands-on experience with model development, experimentation, and evaluation.
- Background in ML research preferred (industry or academic).
- Strong reasoning on ML system design choices and tradeoffs.
- Excellent written communication and high technical detail orientation.
