Position Overview
The AI Red Team Specialist role involves red-teaming AI models and agents by executing jailbreaks, prompt injections, and other adversarial techniques. You will generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks while following established taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks.
Role Responsibilities
- Red-team AI models through jailbreaks, prompt injections, and misuse cases.
- Annotate failures and classify vulnerabilities for systemic risk assessment.
- Document reproducibly using reports, datasets, and attack cases.
- Support diverse projects from LLM jailbreaks to socio-technical abuse testing.
Qualifications
Must-Have: Prior red-teaming experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing; curiosity and adversarial instinct; structured approach using frameworks; strong communication skills; adaptability for varied projects.
Preferred: Experience with Adversarial ML, jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks, model extraction, penetration testing, exploit development, reverse engineering, and socio-technical risk analysis.
Compensation & Legal
This is an hourly contractor role with compensation varying by project, customer, and content category.
