Position Overview
The AI Red Team Specialist role involves red-teaming AI models and agents. You will be responsible for testing through jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and other exploits to expose vulnerabilities. Your work will support various projects ranging from LLM jailbreaks to socio-technical abuse testing.
Responsibilities
- Red-team AI models and agents using ethical adversarial methods
- Annotate failures and classify vulnerabilities systematically
- Follow established taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks
- Document reproducible reports, datasets, and attack cases
- Support diverse customer projects and testing scenarios
Qualifications
Must-Have: Prior red-teaming or adversarial AI experience, cybersecurity or socio-technical probing, and strong communication skills.
Preferred: Experience with adversarial ML, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks, penetration testing, and reverse engineering.
Compensation & Employment
This is an hourly contractor role with flexible full-time or part-time arrangements. Compensation varies by project and content category.
