Position Overview

The role of AI Personal Finance Data Specialist is a full-time opportunity. Candidates can work either in-office at Palo Alto, CA or fully remote. You will commit to 40 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

  • Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate personal finance data.
  • Provide expert input across investing, budgeting, and tax planning scenarios.
  • Collaborate with research teams to train and refine AI systems.
  • Help design and improve annotation tools for financial data.
  • Interpret evolving task instructions and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have: Professional experience in personal finance or related fields, strong written and verbal English skills, excellent analytical and organizational abilities, ability to work independently, and a demonstrated interest in AI applications in finance.

Preferred: Relevant certifications (CFP, CFA, Enrolled Agent), experience mentoring or training in financial planning, familiarity with AI workflows and data annotation, and comfort recording short audio/video sessions.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $200,000 per year. Additional benefits include access to medical benefits (subject to your country of residence) in a supportive, high-impact environment focused on advancing AI and financial innovation.
