About the Role: AI Data Analyst

This contract position for an AI Data Analyst offers compensation of $100–$125/hour and is fully remote.
Role Responsibilities
- Apply expertise in Machine Learning, AI, and statistics to leverage internal operations data for solving critical problems for legal teams.
- Design, deploy, and maintain ML pipelines and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize data exploration and analysis to identify and address key issues within legal operations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure AI model outputs meet domain-specific requirements.
- Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance and data pipeline efficiency.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in the design, deployment, and maintenance of Machine Learning pipelines and systems.
- Demonstrable experience in applying Machine Learning algorithms to solve real-world problems.
- 5+ years of experience in the design, deployment, and maintenance of large data pipelines.
Compensation & Legal
Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and related ordinances, qualified applicants will be considered with arrest and conviction records. Criminal history may impact job duties related to policy adherence, judgment, stress management, and client interaction.
