Position: AI Content Specialist
This role focuses on improving AI model understanding through meticulous content analysis and description. We are looking for individuals who can work independently and asynchronously to contribute to high-quality AI training data.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze images and write clear, detailed descriptions to improve AI model understanding.
- Identify key elements, context, and cultural references in visual content.
- Evaluate content quality against established guidelines to enhance AI model outputs.
- Apply consistent judgment across a variety of image types to elevate training data quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven writing experience.
- Ability to write with clarity and voice.
- Understanding of internet culture and visual storytelling.
- Attention to detail and ability to notice subtle context.
- Capability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.
Preferred
- Experience in social media management or content creation.
- Background in journalism, literature, communications, or media studies.
- Experience with annotation, transcription, or QA work.
Compensation & Legal
Compensation for the AI Content Specialist role is $30–$35/hour, with a commitment of 20+ hours/week. Paid onboarding is provided, and there is an opportunity for ongoing work based on performance.
