Position: AI Content Specialist
This role offers compensation of $30–$35 per hour with a commitment of 20+ hours per week.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze images and write clear, detailed descriptions to improve AI model understanding.
- Identify key elements, context, and cultural references in visual content.
- Evaluate content quality against established guidelines to enhance AI model outputs.
- Apply consistent judgment across a variety of image types to elevate training data quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven writing experience.
- Ability to write with clarity and voice.
- Understanding of internet culture and visual storytelling.
- Attention to detail and ability to notice subtle context.
- Capability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.
Preferred
- Experience in social media management or content creation.
- Background in journalism, literature, communications, or media studies.
- Experience with annotation, transcription, or QA work.
