About the Role
Mercor Intelligence is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a collaboration with a top AI research lab. In this role, you will contribute to developing and evaluating advanced AI systems that replicate real-world workflows across mechanical engineering tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and assess complex problems in mechanical engineering.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for technical rigor and domain relevance.
- Provide clear written feedback on engineering problem sets and solutions.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to improve model performance.
- Ensure technical accuracy in all engineering content for AI training and evaluation.

Project Timeline & Work Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 1–2 months
- Commitment: Part-time (~20 hours/week, potential extension to 40 hours/week)
