Join a leading AI lab’s cutting-edge GenAI team and help build foundational AI models from the ground up. As a Medicine Specialist at Mercor Hiring, you will provide niche distinguished medical expertise across advanced specialties to enrich AI training data with deep domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model reasoning.
  • Develop annotation standards, evaluation frameworks, and high-rigor rubrics for clinical reasoning.
  • Design domain-relevant tasks and produce gold-standard solutions.
  • Evaluate AI outputs and provide structured feedback to ensure medical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary peers to maintain consistency in training data.
