Role Snapshot
- Location/Schedule: India (Remote), Full-Time – IST daytime with US overlap as needed
- Purpose: Own and scale the infrastructure backbone that enables reliable build, test, deployment, and monitoring across products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web, mobile, and backend applications.
- Manage and optimize automated build, test, scan, and deployment workflows.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code for reproducible, scalable deployments.
- Configure monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for system health visibility.
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and post-incident documentation.
- Implement security best practices including secrets management and IAM policies.
- Support developers with environment setup, automation scripts, and deployment debugging.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure / SRE experience.
- Strong hands-on AWS production experience.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK).
- CI/CD pipeline design and multi-stage workflows.
- Docker and container orchestration experience.
- Monitoring and observability tools experience.
- Python and Bash scripting proficiency.
- Networking fundamentals and Linux administration.
- Basic ability to read application code for troubleshooting.
- Clear English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Kubernetes expertise.
- Cloud cost optimization experience.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks.
- Distributed tracing experience.
- GitOps workflow familiarity.
