Role Overview

The Office Admin Manager is responsible for integrating new Office Admins into the workflow, managing team operations, ensuring corporate compliance, and guiding performance improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Office Admin for the designated office.
  • Coordinate training schedules and integrate new team members.
  • Manage workflow coordination, delegate overflow tasks, and organize coverage.
  • Conduct mid- and year-end performance reviews in partnership with the Office Leader.
  • Provide coaching, performance guidance and enforce disciplinary processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of corporate administrative experience in a people manager role.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in training, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Ability to manage workflows and uphold corporate standards and compliance.
