Position Overview

Join Mercer-Zimmerman Inc Structura Inc, a leading lighting manufacturer’s representative agency with multiple locations including Overland Park, KS, and other branches across the region. As a Lighting Controls Technician, you will be the on-site expert ensuring our clients’ lighting control systems perform flawlessly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Diagnose & Resolve: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair numerous lighting control systems.
  • Program & Configure: Setup and configure new systems from industry-leading manufacturers.
  • Exceed Expectations: Deliver top service and clear communication to every client.

What We’re Looking For

We require hands-on experience with technical, electrical, or similarly complex systems. Familiarity with IP-based systems, HVAC controls, fire alarm systems, home automation, or BACnet is a plus. Comprehensive training is provided, so strong aptitude and a willingness to learn are key.
