Job Summary:
Mercedes Benz of North Haven is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Automotive Sales Consultant. In this commission only role, you will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service, with unlimited earning potential.
Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time position offers a commission-based compensation ranging from $75,000 to $300,000 per year, paid weekly. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate sales.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Mercedes Benz vehicles.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Act as liaison between clients and the dealership addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous automotive sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant computer programs.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
