Your Responsibilities as Senior Consultant, Agile Transformation & Applied AI

• Developing and leading transformation and digitalization initiatives from target vision and roadmap to implementation, including change & enablement.
• Analyzing business models, operating models, organizations, and processes, and deriving strategic fields of action.
• Developing data-to-value approaches (KPI logic, control models, analytics/BI target vision) for measurable value realization.
• Orchestrating the business-IT interface to align IT architecture with agile delivery (platforms, tech stack, partner ecosystems).
• Developing AI-First strategies and roadmaps for (Gen)AI/Agentic AI in scaled agile organizations (e.g., SAFe).
• Planning and preparing top management decisions and moderating management workshops.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in management consulting in strategic transformation projects and in managing workstreams.
• Several years of project experience in the automotive or mobility sector is desirable.
• Strong competence in Agile Transformation / Scaling Agile (e.g., SAFe) and in the integration of business and IT (product/delivery organizations).
• Strong understanding of value management (portfolio, performance, and KPI mechanisms) and the interplay of business, technology, and data.
• Experience in AI/GenAI initiatives (e.g., use-case portfolio, governance/risks, piloting & scaling), ideally with touchpoints to Agentic AI in scaled agile setups.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office products and collaboration tools such as Mural, Microsoft Teams, etc., is desirable.
• Very good German and English language skills (Business English) written and spoken, and additional language skills are an advantage.

We would also be pleased if you bring the following

• Relevant certifications (SAFe/Scrum, AI/Data) or demonstrable project success in these fields.
• Practical experience in AI/GenAI programs (e.g., use-case portfolio, governance/risks, piloting & scaling).
