We are expanding rapidly across multiple markets and are seeking a results-driven Search Engine Optimization Specialist to strengthen our online visibility and lead generation performance.
Role Overview
The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing search engine marketing strategies to increase organic rankings, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical SEO knowledge, and hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings across search engines
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market opportunity assessments
- Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content for search visibility and performance
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid search campaigns for maximum ROI
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with development teams
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
- Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, CPA, and rankings
- Prepare performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and PPC optimization
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or B2B platforms
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Certification in Google Ads or SEO-related credentials
