About the role
About the Role
We are seeking experienced HR leaders from technology or tech-adjacent companies in EMEA who are passionate about learning, growth, and community. This role is for individuals dedicated to developing and coaching people in their field, particularly those with experience in high-growth companies and startups.
As a Mento coach, you will build one-on-one partnerships with members to help them set and achieve clear goals, enhance leadership skills, improve communication, solve workplace challenges, and foster happiness, fulfillment, and engagement both at work and in their personal lives.
All Mento coaches, irrespective of prior coaching experience, must complete our ICF-certified coach training program to master Mento’s coaching methodology before working with members. This immersive training is designed for personal and professional growth as a coach, proficiency in the Mento Coaching Methodology, and access to proprietary tools.
