About the Role
This position is for an Account Executive at Mento, responsible for revenue generation and business development. It comes at an exciting inflection point as Mento validates meaningful traction in the mid-market and enterprise.
What You'll Do
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Deal Execution: Oversee the sales process from qualification to close.
Foster Community: Establish relationships within the HR space through events and networking.
Event Attendance & Hosting: Connect with prospects through dinners, conferences, virtual events, and more.
Pipeline Generation: Continuously generate and maintain pipeline opportunities.
Brand Representation: Be the first impression and point of contact for prospects.
Sales Strategy: Contribute to the sales playbook and GTM strategy.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, coaching, and other teams.
Innovation: Experiment with new techniques and push boundaries.
Who We Are Looking For
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you have 2+ years as an account executive, a strong local network, and proven sales performance. You are detail-oriented, results-driven, highly ambitious, and comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment. Experience with a modern sales tech stack (AI tools, Hubspot, Sales Nav, Clay, Notion, Slack, etc.) and a belief in coaching and mentorship are essential.
