About the Role
Mentaily is a digital health company transforming mental health. We are seeking a junior Prompt Engineer to join our Clinical Department. In this role, you will develop clinical content through designing, writing, and validating prompts that power a psychiatric assessment platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, draft, and refine clinical prompts for AI-driven psychiatric assessments.
- Validate prompt accuracy, clarity, and adherence to clinical standards.
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and product teams to optimize content and workflows.
- Conduct clinical QA testing of prompts and their outputs.
- Document prompt logic and maintain libraries for reuse and iteration.
- Integrate feedback from testing, research data, and clinical users for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- M.A in Psychology, Mental Health, or related field; alternatively, a B.A and relevant clinical experience.
- Strong understanding of psychopathology, DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, and clinical interviewing.
- Excellent clinical writing skills.
- Prior experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI-driven clinical content design is a significant advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- High motivation to contribute to cutting-edge innovation in digital mental health.
