Role Overview

The Data Science Analyst role at Men's Circle India is a 6-month contract (extendable to full-time) opportunity for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience. Primarily focused on statistical modeling and data analytics within psychology-based research, you will convert raw and unstructured data into structured insights for program development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical models to extract actionable insights.
• Develop frameworks for repeated data ingestion and transformation.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and test hypotheses.
• Apply reliability and validity checks on survey-based models.
• Present findings via reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and domain experts.
• Conceptualize and administer science-backed surveys.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology (research) or related fields. Prior experience with open source statistical tools (R, Python, etc.), handling raw survey data, and preferably publication experience is required. Experience with AI-based applications is a plus.
