About the Role
The Senior Field Marketing Manager - NAE Corporate Events & NA West Region is responsible for driving significant pipeline and revenue growth by managing high-impact corporate events and regional field marketing strategies in the North America West territory.
Key Responsibilities
NAE Corporate Events (Approx. 50% Focus):
- Develop end-to-end marketing plans for major security conferences in North America and EMEA.
- Plan and execute exclusive Customer and Partner Advisory Board events.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to define event objectives and messaging.
- Manage event logistics including contract negotiation, booth design, and vendor coordination.
NA West Field Marketing (Approx. 50% Focus):
- Develop a data-driven marketing plan and go-to-market strategy for the NA West region.
- Lead tailored regional programs including webinars, events, and ABM campaigns.
- Work closely with the North America West sales team for agile marketing support.
- Collaborate internally to ensure integrated and consistent messaging.
Performance & Measurement:
- Measure leads generated, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.
- Own comprehensive budget management and marketing planning.
- Create compelling marketing content to support events and campaigns.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of field marketing and demand generation experience.
- Experience in fast-paced, startup environments.
- Comfortable interacting with sales leadership and C-level executives.
- Strong copywriting skills for diverse marketing materials.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo and Zoom is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work autonomously.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary ranging from $109,000 to $191,000 along with stock-based compensation and comprehensive benefits.
