Role Description
As the Enterprise Customer Success Manager - DACH, you will be a trusted advisor responsible for building and sustaining customer relationships, driving platform adoption, and expanding revenue in the DACH region. Collaborate with Account Executives and Presales to develop account plans, lead post-sales success programs, and deliver business impact and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
- Drive platform adoption and revenue expansion.
- Lead enterprise success programs post-sales.
- Advise customers on best practices for digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement account plans.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, presales, or consulting.
- Experience with large enterprises in the DACH region.
- Proven record in customer onboarding and revenue expansion.
- Ability to explain complex technological and business concepts clearly.
- Exceptional executive-level communication in German and English.
