The Role: GenAI Code Analysis Developer

We are establishing a brand new team dedicated to innovating the future of code analysis infrastructure, by synergizing advanced GenAI techniques with deep static code analysis. We are actively seeking a highly motivated Algorithms Software Engineer to spearhead this critical mission.

This role operates under a hybrid model: requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

In This Role, You Will:

• Research and develop cutting-edge code analysis and remediation algorithms.
• Work hands-on with Generative AI models and seamlessly integrate them into existing detection workflows.
• Tackle intricate software analysis problems, including call graphs, control/data/taint flow analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Algorithm Software Engineers, and Application Software Engineers to prototype, validate, and successfully productize your innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement sophisticated machine learning and algorithmic solutions specifically for code analysis.
• Build robust GenAI-powered developer tools for both static and semantic code analysis.
• Elevate our current detection infrastructure by introducing intelligent, context-aware insights.
• Translate groundbreaking research into practical, scalable, and impactful product features.

Requirements:

• MSc in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier institution – Must.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, demonstrating strong proficiency in Python (primary) alongside familiarity with Java, C++, or JavaScript codebases.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI systems, including expertise in prompt engineering, inference optimization, and model evaluation.
• Proven experience in designing LLM-driven pipelines (whether agentic or tool-augmented), including structured outputs (e.g., JSON schemas) and multi-step reasoning/verification flows.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills – Must.

Advantageous Skills:

• Familiarity with Machine Learning for code, static/dynamic analysis tools, and AST-level representations.
• Prior experience with web application security, vulnerability detection, or remediation.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: JavaScript, C#, Python, Go, PHP.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and CI/CD workflows (e.g., AWS, Azure).
