Job Overview

We’re looking for a Full-stack, tech-savvy HR partner who blends the instincts of a Talent Acquisition Lead with the strategic depth of an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will shape teams, culture, and growth by leading end-to-end hiring for tech, product, and security roles while owning Mend.io’s global recruitment domain.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech, product, and security roles.
  • Own global recruitment using data and analytics.
  • Serve as a strategic HRBP for the R&D and Product departments.
  • Partner on workforce planning, change management, and leadership development.
  • Leverage AI tools and HR analytics for smarter decision-making.
  • Coach and support managers and employees with empathy and clarity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in global talent acquisition in tech/startup environments.
  • Experience in HRBP activities including onboarding and engagement.
  • Advanced experience with AI tools for sourcing, screening, and analytics.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
  • Strong business orientation with a people-first mindset.
  • Agile, curious, and innovative in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English.
