What You'll Do as a Technical Writer at MEMX

As a Technical Writer at MEMX, you will collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams. Your primary responsibilities will include writing, reviewing, and editing critical technical requirements, as well as producing comprehensive end-user specifications and other essential documentation materials.

This is a 12-month contract position, offering the potential for conversion to full-time employment based on outstanding performance and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and meticulously curate both internal and client-facing documentation repositories, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop and enhance web-based documentation capabilities to provide MEMX clients with seamless online access to view and download documentation.

Requirements for Success

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in gathering, analyzing, and composing technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and highly readable documentation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
• Strong self-motivation, keen attention to detail, and robust critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian product suites (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
• Experience with various tools used to produce and manipulate graphics for integration into technical documentation.
• A background or strong understanding of Finance technology is highly preferred.
• Capacity to learn rapidly and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
