Senior Graphic Designer - Creatives & Performance
mellow NOIR is a modern, high-growth e-commerce brand that combines design, quality, and a strong understanding of the brand. Our focus is on holistic marketing, clear processes, and close collaboration between Content, Performance, Product, and Shop. We work data-driven, pragmatically, and with high standards for quality and speed – always with the goal of sustainably developing our brand and scaling it internationally.
As a Senior Graphic Designer - Creatives & Performance, you will be responsible for the visual implementation of central marketing and e-commerce measures. You will develop creatives, design brand-consistent assets for digital and print touchpoints, and bring design quality, speed, and systematicity to our daily output.
This position is to be based out of our Berlin office, with the possibility of remote work upon agreement.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and create visual assets for marketing and e-commerce.
- Design and implement landing pages and advertorials in close coordination with marketing and growth teams.
- Conceive and adapt design variations for continuous campaign optimization.
- Ensure consistent visual design across all channels.
- Build and further develop a scalable design system with templates, components, and clear layout structures.
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Content, and Performance.
- Independently check and ensure design quality with a focus on typography, layout, imagery, and detail accuracy.
- Consider performance and e-commerce requirements when developing creatives.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable practical experience in graphic design, communication design, or visual design.
- Proficient in common design tools, especially Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Figma.
- Solid experience in creating digital and print assets.
- Very good sense for design, aesthetics, and brand impact, as well as a high standard of quality and a precise eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, balance, layout, and design nuances.
- Structured, self-directed, and fast work style.
- Ability to translate requirements from marketing and performance into clear and efficient visuals.
- Experience in the D2C, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment is a plus.
- Motion Design, Video Editing, or After Effects are a nice to have, but not a must.
- Very good German language skills and a solid understanding of visual communication in digital brand building.
