Our focus is on holistic marketing, clear processes, and close collaboration between Content, Performance, Product, and Shop. We work data-driven, pragmatically, and with a high standard for quality and speed – always with the goal of sustainably developing our brand and scaling it internationally.
As a Graphic Designer - Creatives & Performance (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the visual implementation of central marketing and e-commerce measures. This position is to be managed from our office in Berlin, with the possibility of remote work after consultation.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and creating visual assets for marketing and e-commerce.
- Designing and implementing landing pages and advertorials in close coordination with marketing and growth teams.
- Conceptualizing and adapting design variations for continuous campaign optimization.
- Ensuring consistent visual design across all channels.
- Building and further developing a scalable design system with templates, components, and clear layout structures.
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Content, and Performance.
- Independently checking and ensuring design quality with a focus on typography, layout, imagery, and attention to detail.
- Considering performance and e-commerce requirements when developing creatives.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable practical experience in graphic design, communication design, or visual design.
- Proficient in common design tools, especially Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Figma.
- Solid experience in creating digital and print assets.
- Excellent sense for design, aesthetics, and brand impact, as well as a high standard of quality and a precise eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, balance, layout, and design nuances.
- Structured, independent, and fast way of working.
- Ability to translate requirements from marketing and performance into clear and efficient visual concepts.
- Experience in the D2C, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment is a plus.
- Motion Design, Video Editing, or After Effects are nice-to-haves, but not essential.
- Very good German language skills and a solid understanding of visual communication in digital brand building.
